The guest can cancel free of charge 2 days BEFORE ARRIVAL & the guest will be charged the total prices @ full amount if they cancel in 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

No Show Policy

Full amount will be charged.

Any bookings made under on-going Room Promotions / Room Deals are to refer to the on-going Room Promotions / Room Deals’ Cancellation Policy, Non Refundable Policy and No Show Policy.

Credit Card Refund

All refunds required in the event of cancellations, amendments or early check-out will be credited to your card within 30 business days, where applicable.
